“Woodsy atmosphere that was not fancy but met our needs for a clean comfortable bed. The breakfast is barebones and in the off season there were only a few lodgers.”

“Room and interior clean. Basic breakfast. No elevator might be an issue for some. But main staircase is not too steep or too many steps. Basic bar area. Can beverages and bottles only. No mixed drinks available.”

“Beautiful spot, nice & quiet. Enjoyed all the birdlife! Comfortable beds. Nice big dining table for spreading out. Seemed like all the needed kitchen stuff, since we ate there the entire stay. Floor of shower was slippery, so be careful. LOTS of stairs in every direction is a bit much for older folks.”

“The cabin is spacious for a 2 bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, pots/pans, mixing bowls, etc. Smart TV and internet worked great, but our cell service (T-Mobile) was weak. The screen porch is as great as it looks. There was a propane grill with an extra tank. The cabin was very clean, communication with the host was quick and check-in went smoothly. The lake, when we were there in early July, was very clear and we caught some nice sunfish from the dock. The...

“This was a gem!!! We spent out one year anniversary here and it was everything we could dream of! We ended up visit the log cabin and bought a new fire poker for back home and got food there for lunches! We went to a little gem of a bookstore in Gilbert that you have to see! We sat by the fire and gossiped and sat in the hot tub. It was serene and peaceful”

“The whole experience was wonderful. Communication prior to the stay was very detailed. Check in was effortless. The cottage was clean, well designed and comfortable. It was such a serene setting, so relaxing. A very well appointed cottage.”

“I rented this cabin for two nights and left after only one night because it was just so dirty. When I got there, I started vacuuming the crumbs, food, and dirt off the floors. The counters were dirty and the "clean" dishes and silverware were dirty. I couldn't find any kitchen towels or wash clothes to clean the counters and table top. There is garbage and junk in the yard and down to the water access. There was hair on the pillows. The hot pads for the stove were dirty and crusty. There...
